Pros

Salary revision process, clients all over the world. For now, decent severance package during layoff. (Don't know how long it will last)

Cons

Finastra management is not transparent to employees. They claim they have a lot of values but it's all false claims. They decide to lay-off employees and shut down offices but never communicates until last minute. In India, Bangalore is the strategic location and employees from other locations are considered as second-class employees. No fund to maintain a 10-seat office in Trivandrum. With recent layoffs workload is piling up for existing employees. Their plan is to sprinkle the tasks all over the team members. But team is already frustrated. They give zero importance to employees. Work life balance has worsened in recent years. No career growth. If you are working in a legacy product, then your life is finished. They will make us work 16 HRS a day and then after few years you will be laid off from the company. Please re-think before joining this company.
