Pros
Nice people, solution-oriented, not looking for scapegoats when there is a problem, not pushing themselves forward and win undeserved merits. After yearly evaluation I always got a salary increase + bonus. Work from home allowed. Nice surprises from time to time - office parties and other events, opportunities to meet other people and team up for extra activities (charity, sport, hobbies etc) Nice office in Bucharest - open space, but quiet, lot of places for meetings and breaks. Work-life balance ok - I had no overtime work.
Cons
Complicated org chart, with frequent changes. I have 7 hierarchical levels on top of me. It's difficult to keep up with changes and know who does what and to whom he/she reports. High people turnover. Young people gain experience and then leave to better offers.
