Pros

If you want to work for a different company every other year, this is the place to do it. Bonuses exist but they are a joke unless your senior leadership cashing out.

Cons

Where to start first. . . Leadership at this point is either drinking the hypothetical cool-aid or simply trying to save their own job after the steamroller came in and minted D+H and Misys as Finastra.

-Company wide layoffs every 6 months for last 3 years -No company direction or product direction -Executive team changes every few months -9 managers in 4 years -Big announcement in Oct 2019 about a possible 3rd company buyout due to major financial struggles. -Scary future for this company
