Pros

Great benefits Awesome people Flexible leaves and hybrid setup.

Cons

Relatively low salary Too many layoffs, most of the hiring are on Philippines and India. Bell curve rating which forces people to take a hit on their paychecks during review despite performing well.

Pros

Good work-life balance with flexible hours and some work-from-home options. Decent benefits, including health coverage and leave policies. Exposure to fintech and banking domain, which helps in learning new products. Collaborative colleagues and supportive teams in many departments.

Cons

Salary and increments could be more competitive compared to industry standards. Some products use legacy technology, so opportunities to work with cutting-edge tech are limited. Career growth and promotions are not always clear; internal communication can sometimes be slow. Workload can vary; certain projects require extra effort or deadlines may be tight.
