      Working with a global team.

      Cons

      No structure. Program was fairly new. Was supposed to be a rotational marketing program. Job was made redundant due to massive layoffs. All my marketing superiors were let go. As a new graduate I felt let down and disappointed. Company didn't seem to care that they were letting go recent grads. Also didn't seem to care about the marketing department.
