Pros

They care and invest in learning resources and programs to develop their employees. This is a mixture of required and self-initiated work. WFH policies and Vacation policies are progressive.

Cons

Strategy shifts every few years. While global factors shift as well, this is acceptable, however there is a ton of time and money wrapped-up in pitching/educating everyone on the nuances of the new strategy which seems better served solving real challenges for our users. The challenges rarely change.
