Pros

Working on the cutting edge of re-engineering and migrating products to Microsoft Azure. Working with Microsoft as a partner offers insights and now training opportunities. The Fintech space is rapidly changing and growing, offering lots of opportunities you will not find in a traditional financial industry setting (ie: Banks or brokerages). Finastra has been very open to the work from home model. The Covid virus has actually accelerated financial institutions timelines for migrating to the cloud.

Cons

The Covid virus initially delayed financial institution spending, but this now seems to have resumed.

Pros

Competitive pay Supportive management Lots of employee benefits- food, contests, games, social hours Generous vacation time and bonus package Rewarding work environment Client focused goal structure Ability to work remote

Cons

large global company, so you've got to be able to come to terms with the fact that a lot of corporate focus isn't on your product
