Pros

Helpful, friendly and supportive managers. Transparent leaders. Great culture of helpfulness and swarming problems. Remote work is now fully supported.

Cons

They are working hard to re-allocate resource costs mostly overseas to more affordable markets, even at the cost of long-time SME's in US. When they bought Malauzai, they completely missed opportunity to understand it and make it profitable - squandered it and will likely have to sell at pennies on the dollar. Bad decisions at the very top levels of leadership in the past is costing them greatly.
