- great support from management - product being sold is the best on the market for almost all of the accounts you're targeting, sometimes it sells itself - management helps develop your natural skillset and works with you for specific tactics that suit your personality - Culture is great. Everyone is very supportive and there are a few events every now and then we have that are fun - if you are someone that enjoys an office we have a great corporate office that you can go to, otherwise remote is no problem. - Commission structure is fair - BDR/Marketing teams are great at lead generation

Cons

- Base salary is a tad low compared to similar roles - Can sometimes be difficult to navigate the corporate structure to find the right person if you need help with something specific, but its manageable
