      good facilities, nice kitchen, advanced laptops, great IT department

      Cons

      bad management, too complicated product, unable to raise envs, training new employee is a nightmare, manager who wants to fire can do that with no real proof he just overloads the employee with tasks over the level of knowledge and accuses with poor performance no protection from HR
