Im not gonna elaborate this part as this is standard and straight forward to any seemingly good companies *Employee benefits - as an entry or associate level this looks good but honestly this is only worth when you've been in the company for so long which most high grade employees are. (but i must say benefits focused more on employee's long tenure and is attractive to new applicants that doesn't need most of it) *work location/environment - the location and office spaces is good they provide you necessary equipment and pleasant work space.
Cons
* Pay/Salary - for the amount of work and responsibilities that i do its not enough if you would compare it to other companies with same position. * Formal Training -for development/R&D specially when you work on legacy system , most of the time you'd find yourself learning most of the things by your own or by asking your peers - which is not a good thing when everyone is occupied and buried in their own work and you're really stuck on your own, waiting around until a senior or expert assists you. * Workload - As the above items - without the proper training and experience and justified training you really are tasked with responsibilities or task that are too much or hard to handle with the few knowledge and experience. * Fun/entertainment They support everything for your work but not necessarily for your leisure/entertainment. They don't value being fun or enjoying life inside the office they are strictly business which is very boring for an office that employs mostly millennial as their main workforce and you'd be actually criticize if you do or try to have some enjoyment in the office.
