      Fully remote work, growing company with potential, career advancement opportunities, and amazing co-workers that are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

      Cons

      An EXTREMELY stressful environment with a taxing workload creating a high job turnover rate and a long interview process that makes it hard to relieve the workload on a single person.

      Pros

      I love working with FindKeep.Love. I have grown more in the short five years I have been with the company than working in one company for over 15 years. The CEO/Founder acknowledges hard work and rewards accordingly. No micro-managing and allows you to feel like you are collaborating with her to help the business grow. I love feeling like I am a part of family and the growth of the company and invested in ways I've never been before. This is a family, not just a job.

      Cons

      Not really any cons, but this is fast-paced work environment that is constantly changing as a start-up, so the work is not always for everyone. I enjoy the fast-paced environment, so it has allowed me to thrive.
