I loved me coworkers it was a positive environement and I loved the employee discount on sneakers which we always got to get first dibs on new releases and set our pair aside. This is a great starter job you’ll learn and gain so much experience

Cons

I would say the pay wasn’t the best starting but picking up shifts others call off for really help your paycheck every 2 weeks
