Pros
It's a fun job, it is what you make it. The teams I worked with always allowed me to be myself and it became more of a skilled earned than forced when conducting sales with customers.
Cons
Commission but it makes you driven in sales and more productive as you progress. Also, the fact that your colleagues can steal your sale when clearly it was yours, yeah it'll raise your blood pressure for sure.
