Pros
Great if you love sneaker culture and want to have a job that lets you talk about your passion. Also great for people who love sales.
Cons
On your feet the entire shift. Holidays are insane traffic and hours (we stayed open all night on thanksgiving night to get more sales from people who wanted to start Black Friday shopping at 2-3 am. Ridiculous. You have a lower base pay than minimum wage as well because of commissions which you have to hound customers for every sale. Definitely very labor intensive for a mall job that you can work anywhere else and make a easy 8-9/ hour by just standing there and folding clothes or greeting customers. Not worth the stress in my opinion.
