      Pros

      You get to be around shoes and see new releases. Wow

      Cons

      You make 0. I busted my butt proved that I could sell more shoes, clothing, accessories. Still added to almost nothing. I also had a manager steal my spiff. 5.00 ( you rarely ever got one).. I knew he stole it because he typed it in under his account, was not reflected on my pay. They use a waiter scheme for selling merchandise. You have to earn past 7.25 in order to break minimal wage. Here sometimes you weren't even on the floor to sell, and it was rare To see many hours break minimal.

      Pros

      You are encouraged to build relationships with customers. Talk to them. And are coached along with your team.

      Cons

      Selling sof sole (sneaker cleaning) products and keeping number averages above average are a necessity. (I.e. Average dollar transaction and people who bought multiple items. ) Your hours are based on performance. And you are encouraged to outdo yourself and your team mates every week.       Pros

      The job was great for a young adult because it was pretty flexible. The opportunity to work came over time but once you put in your work and proved that you could see you could get as many hours as you wanted. It worked out very well for me during the holiday seasons.

      Cons

      The hours can tend to become overwhelming and while the pay is decent for a high school or college student it isn't a great paying job if you are looking for a company to stay with for a long time.
