Terrible upper management, favoritism is extremely obvious, ridiculously unreal expectations when you send all new good product to your store of now locations, news flash you can't rely on Jordans to drive your business anymore. HR doesn't care about anything that happens or are they willing to help if there is a problem. You hire people for minimum wage and expect them to show up for work and actually want to work. Your managers are extremely underpaid for the amount of hours you expect them to work, 44 hours is not even close to what store managers actually put in. There is no time off, even when your off or on PTO. The owners of this company really need to clean house starting with the CEO and down. Hire people who actually know how to run a business and take care of their employees. Happy employees drive sales results.
