Finish Line reviews

Finishline has racial issues that extend all the way up the totem pole which is unfortunate and I will not go into detail about. There is a lot at stake for so little pay. Store Managers and DMs feel as though they have ownership in the company by grabbing shoes whenever they'd like and take them. If something goes wrong it is always the lower paid employees fault. Hostility in this work environment is extremely high. There is a fine line between thick skin and just being flat out rude. I tried handling the racial issues on an HR level and the issues obviously arnt important enough because it's been awhile and I have YET to hear back.

There was no commission which gave employees no incentive to sell, resulting in lazy employees.
