      Pros

      If you're looking for an opportunity for experience and are willing to work hard, this is a great place to work.

      Cons

      The Finish Line has turned more towards being customer centric, in changing the focus, they have become less than noteworthy to it's employees.

      Pros

      30% employee discount... need I say more? I basically had this job for the discount alone. Very casual and laid back except for Christmas and tax free weekend, other than that the job was a piece of cake.

      Cons

      Really pushed us to sell subpar accessories. Its difficult to sell a cheap product that is basically useless. Wish they would reconsider the overall value of their name brand accesories.

      Pros

      Get to be around shoes, sports, fun staff and customers. Bonuses in labor, shrink and sales if goals met.

      Cons

      The Home Office makes it harder every year to attain bonuses. You get in trouble for enforcing company policy if its in conflict with the customer. No chance for raise unless store promotion.
