Pros
It's a chill work environment. The employee discount is good, 30% even added on top of the current sales price. Most of the time, the team is cool.
Cons
Underpaid for the amount of work expected out of the job. They took away commission on shoes, you only get commission if you try to con customers into signing up for a trial of Sports Illustrated, or sell cleaning kits and insoles. No one wants to be signed up for Sports Illustrated, and a lot of people already have kits and/or insoles so they wouldn't want more every time they go buy a pair of shoes.
