Pros

- Exciting opportunities to create designs that come to life in the real world - Potential to collaborate with emerging micro-celebrities - Flexible hybrid work model offering a balance of remote and in-office options - Dogs are allowed in office

Cons

- A highly uncomfortable and sexist environment, with multiple situations where I, as a female, felt marginalized and sexualized with men that were 15-20 years older than me. - The culture feels reminiscent of a frat house, with leadership being predominately male. - There is a clear disparity in how men and women are treated, with men receiving more leeway and women facing greater challenges in terms of promotion opportunities. - The lack of team-building activities means there is little effort to foster a cohesive company culture, with most social interactions centered around leadership and their personal bonding AKA bro-ing out - Compensation is extremely low across the board.

Pros

I enjoyed the variety of tasks, including handling shipments, organizing merchandise, and unboxing clothing. The job kept me active and engaged.

Cons

The pay was low, but it was expected for a retail position.
