      Pros

      Discounts on apparel, shoes, and accessories. Willing to work around your schedule if you have to go to school or have other priorities.

      Cons

      Employee turnover rate is extremely high, basically a revolving door of employees coming in and leaving on a weekly basis. Pay is low compared to other similar jobs.

      Decent Job for a College Student

      Pros

      Fun and laid back working atmosphere, get to be around shoes and sports apparel, great coworkers turn into great friends, fair starter pay, decent but not great management, sometimes get to see celebrities come in

      Cons

      Typical mall store traffic, it is busy as hell during back to school and Christmas seasons. District Manager was arrogant and unpleasant to be around, store manager forgot to grant requested time off.
