Business Outlook
Pros
Awesome work environment, usually fast paced and current with footwear and apparel fashions. Great co-workers and laid back working conditions. Flexible with hours (great for students) and nice discount.
Cons
inconsistant hours, hours change from week to week pretty regularly. Management always seems stressed out since company is top to bottom management so store mangers are constantly pressured from higher ups. Commission + base pay is nice but commission points are way low and associates only make good commission on accessories.
