Pros

Buying, Planning, & Allocation teams work very well together and that starts from the top. All leaders set a great example by speaking to one another respectfully even when there are disagreements which funnels down to their respective teams.

Cons

Leadership team is very tenured resulting in little opportunity for advancement.

Discounted sneakers. Unlimited WFH Huge amount of responsibility (never any downtime, if you enjoy that) Good people around the company in general outside the immediate team

Cons

Over worked, high amount of stress Toxic management that tends to manipulate you to keep working harder for that “carrot” (promotion) that almost always feels out of reach. Grossly underpaid compared to market across most departments as I had visibility to see everyone’s payroll. Not to mention with the amount of work given.
