      Pros

      Work with a variety of exciting and passionate people. Chance to provide the most leading in fashion branded shoes ( Nike, Adidas, Asics, etc.) learn and develop selling, customer service, and communication skills.

      Cons

      Company doesn't like to promote from with-in. hours based upon your performance depending on location, Favoritism, basic pay for the day to day operations.

      The only best part of working here is the discount.

      The pay is horrible and the managers expect you to be extremely active even when the pay is extremely low!

      Pros

      A pro for me was being around shoes. I'm what they call a sneaker-head so that was a plus.

      Cons

      We couldn't wear shoes that were not sold at Finish Line which caused me to buy a pair since I didn't own any. Other employees disregarded dress code on the daily. Kept seeing sagging pants and shoes not sold at Finish Line. Working there for not even a full year I was witness to conflicts between managers and employees. A couple were between employees. The rest was between management and employees.
