Flexibility Good lower management Easy job associate discount is nice Upper management is so unorganized you will likely never meet any of them

Cons

Upper management is terrible will pay new associates more hourly than associates with 1+yr tenures management is based upon visible figures only- if you are unable to work key retail nights do not work for finish line

Good discount. Even on sale items. Lots to choose from, fun work environment. You get to wear yoga pants and sneakers to work

Cons

Muncie store is a joke. It is all who you know. Suck up to managers and smoke weed with them and you'll get hours.

Great customer service and always took care of me as an employee. Management is good, not great but always taking care of employees.

Cons

Organization is left to the store level, some stores are disorganized, especially with stock. Need better employee screenings because many employees don't care enough to keep their store in order.
