      Pros

      Great job if love customer interaction and sneakers. Employee discount is fairly reasonable. For the most part coworkers were mostly nice people.

      Cons

      Reports and paperwork are monotonous. Most of the time you are reporting numbers to the DM that they already have themselves. More of this time could be used to help the guest and making sales.

      The chance to develop new associates into managers is second to none. Finish Line allows you to develop people at their and your pace.

      Its retail. The hours can be long, hours are worked during the holidays, and the time on your feet can be draining.
