      absolutely no pros for this company

      Cons

      pay is less than waitresses they make you work 10 hours with no break they don't make schedules until last minute so you have to call in to see when you work

      Pros

      Great benefits! Fitness facility and fitness classes offered are wonderful. Facility is beautiful. Very nice co-workers. Vending machines come in handy.

      Cons

      Facility needs some sort of cafeteria. Repercussions for taking advantage of the "Open Door" policy IF it is not what management wants to hear.

      Fun, up beat environment. If you like shoes and talking to people this is a nice place to be. Flexible schedules and decent benefits..

      Cons

      Micro managing. Commission based for sales, not a place to make good money. Forced to sell other products other than shoes and clothes. POLITCIS for management, its not what you do its who you know, or likes you. Constant manipulation, Everyone is replaceable, no employee appreciation, its a matter of time before you quit or get fired. No one retires from here. All fun stops when you get promoted into management.
