Real laid back environment, easy job, working on weekdays you just stand around, All the employees were cool so working there wasn't to bad.

Cons

Dealing with all the Canadian customers that come down from the border was the worst. They are rude and cheap.

You received an OK discount on shoes. The work environment was very relaxed. You can wear jeans, or shorts to work and gym shoes.

Cons

Management was constantly changing, you need to know a lot about shoes because customers ask when the next big shoe gets released. Sometimes you need to jump on the sales floor without knowing how to sell.

I love the thrill of making a good sale and seeing myself at the top of the leader board.

Cons

I hated management. They chose favorites based on their own relationship with the person. I was always in the top 3 for sales, but was given the worst hours.
