Pros

Laidback environment. Simple, but easy bonus system is based on sales gains as well as send sale fulfillment. A lot of sales contests which can earn you extra money on your paycheck. Company culture is very good. Finish Line does a lot of fundraisers and volunteering for the Special Olympics, Boys & Girls Club, and more.

Cons

Pay as an AM is not sufficient to be your main job (ranges from $10-12 an hour + bonuses). Can only move up to a store manager if a store becomes vacant. Retail work schedules are not consistent.

Not for someone looking for consistent hours

Pros

Good if you get lots of hours.

Cons

Commission sucks, only 1% of your total sales so if you sell $3000 for the week, you've made $30 in commission. Accessories only .50 commission and they push employees to sell that so much.
