Every day is different. Rewarding to help customers and have a company that backs you up on satisfying the customer.

Cons

As a store manager you work what you have to..could be 45-80 hours with no compensation for anything over 40 hours. Also didn't feel like the departments or worked for each other. I had many issues with shipments and inventory control helping me.

there are no pros horrible company and horrible management, not nice people no team work not the place to work they up sell everyone and are bad people

do not work here it was horrible never work here, cant believe i use to buy shoes here they harass customers and demo items no one wants to buy

Discount on sneakers. Great job for students in high school and undergrads

Cons

Starting off as a sales associate was rough. Very small pay. Mostly based off commission and my store was the slowest sneaker store in our mall. I had a different manager almost every other week. It was a very stressful job especially for the pay. Not worth it.
