      Pros

      The team first atmosphere that you feel in the store. The peer to peer accountability within the district. And the opportunity to grow within the company.

      Cons

      The challenges are similar to any jobs that are similar. Such as labor issues at times under what was needed for size of store. And schedule flexibility was a challenge at times.

      It was very fast paced and I got to work with young people. I think it is a good job throughout college or high scool.

      Management is a joke and childish.

      The only reason to with here is to get a discount on shoes. Other than that, avoid this job at all costs.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible. I made more money as a little kid from my parents giving me allowance. The job blows.
