Pros
Your coworkers make the job a lot of fun and the discount is great if you like shoes and sportswear. The customers that you get at Finishline are probably the nicest you will come by in comparison to Footlocker or Footaction etc... The customer base is very family oriented.
Cons
The management can be unorganized. There's a lot of instability having personally been through four store managers and three district managers. Pay is not the best even though they've switched to strictly hourly. The store was for the most part unorganized.
