      Pros

      Most people work hard. The benefits are decent. They have a pretty good wellness program.

      Cons

      Most of the people who work hard are not appreciated. There is an overall lack of true leadership. They need more women at the senior VP level.

      Pros

      The atmosphere was very up-beat, and I enjoyed the other employees that I worked with. Also, the discount was very nice.

      Cons

      As with any retail store, you have to work most holidays and weekends. Also, the upper management did not create a welcoming atmosphere for employees looking to advance within the company.
