Pros

Chances for moving up. Very easy, not a lot of work to be done. Friendly staff. Flexible scheduling. Not a strict work environment.

Cons

Customers have a hard time understanding Finishline vs. Macy's policy. Job gets boring when slow. Minimum wage. Working with cash register can get confusing.

Pros

There are some pretty good discounts on shoes and apparel. They also let you put aside new releases before the customers get to them.

Cons

They push sales associates to meet unrealistic sales goals. They want you to up sale obscure accessories that very few people would be interested in buying.

Pros

Employee Discount is a great benefit.

Cons

Communication, a lot of management lacks experience and that leads to an inappropriate work environment.
