      A lot of turnover from the sales associates to the district managers.

      Pros

      Great discount energetic people fun atmosphere. They lay out the promotion path in front of you.

      Cons

      Not enough hours given to the medium sized stores so store managers have to make up the difference. Company doesn't use a warehouse so they prefer for the stores to ship stuff out themselves.

      Pros

      On site fitness facility and classes at corporate office. Employee store discount. Most of the people are wonderful. If you love fitness & sneaks, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Continuous IT leadership & reorganization makes it difficult to build the necessary relationships to grow internally. This leaves talented staff no choice but to look elsewhere for career advancement.
