Pros
I worked for Finish Line in Macy's. The discounts were great. Friendly customers. You receive a discount for both Macy's and Finish Line.
Cons
It was very slow most of the time. You made commission, but that's if you made a sale. Some days there were no sales period. They also told us we would get a raise after the remodel was done, then told us we were not after it was finished. All the work required is not worth the pay.
