Pros

Discount, compared to other shoe companies update technology. Flexible scheduling. Great for high/college students. Honestly I can't think of anymore positive things. When I first started in 2007 it was an amazing place to work for managers and coworkers. Now it just sucks !!!! I

Cons

Pay, lower/upper management, no commutation, no hours, want you to do a lot of work again for little and I mean little pay and no hours. The company has began to treat the employees like crap!! I've been working at 2 stores and so many people have left because they just can't deal with the bs anymore.

Pros

Get to be around shoes, sports, fun staff and customers. Bonuses in labor, shrink and sales if goals met.

Cons

The Home Office makes it harder every year to attain bonuses. You get in trouble for enforcing company policy if its in conflict with the customer. No chance for raise unless store promotion.
