      The company has a good competitive salary. It is a great, athletic environment to work in. Very loyal company, also invests in its people.

      There is a large workload as the store manager. Quality of life during holiday times is non existent. No different then any other retailer

      Interacting with the customers that came in the store. Flexibility of work schedule (thanks to my boss because I was in school)

      Cons

      Pay was horrible. Don't get me wrong, I was good at selling so it was no problem for me but once commission rolled around it was so he's hunterish.
