      Great company to work for. Great values and positivity. Opportunity to move up. Challenging and exciting atmosphere. Great for entry level experience.

      Cons

      Work is consistently mixing with time away when in leadership. No raises unless you get promoted to a higher position. Can be stressful.

      Very quick to give you a ton of responsibility. Especially if they are in a bind.

      Cons

      Gives you very little training unless you demand it. Seen many people get setup to fail because of this.
