Business Outlook
Pros
Hard work is recognized by superiors, and is well noted. In about a year and a half, I went from first ever job to Store Team Leader (manager). In the last two years working here, I have no complaints and plan on staying as long as possible.
Cons
As with any retail/sales job, sometimes you feel like as an entry level position, you "don't matter". In my experience, that is only the case of you don't put forth effort in doing your job. Honestly, I can't think of one major downer
