      Pros

      Finish Line is a great place to work and has a great leadership team. The facilities are top notch and the company really cares about the wellness of their associates. The HQ building has a great gym and Cross Fit facility.

      Cons

      The company operates in a fast paced industry and missing trends can have serious sales implications. The IT department is short staffed and is suffering from high turnover. The systems in the company are very old and can't keep up with how much the company has grown.

      Pros

      Loved the management team, atleast at the Southpoint Mall location. The former store manager Shane was very hardworking and sales driven And made sure that all of his assistant store managers were exactly the same. I was there for 3 years and loved every minute of it. If your social, love to smile, and love athletic wear than Finishline at Southpoint Mall in Durham, NC is the place for you.

      Cons

      Pay was horrible...Seriously, not a place to work if you want to make a living or have a family to support, but if your in high school or college than you'll be ok.

      Pros

      There were none I was only given 2 days in total as a employee, not because of inability to work because i was never put on the schedule or trained.

      Cons

      To many for only 20 words but to sum up felt unutilized, unimportant, disregarded, uncomfortable, and humiliated. All in all a regretful experience.
