      Pros

      Good discount, great customers, new and exciting product.

      Cons

      Tough monthly store goals on peripheral items. Managers tend to be overworked. Assistant managers make commission which makes store goals tough to reach since they tend to focus more on sales.

      The relationships that the company emphasizes between employee and customer make the environment friendly and creates a relatively bright atmosphere

      Cons

      The work can get a little hectic around holidays and especially tax free days but the adjustment isn't hard to make it simply takes a little more effort to power through
