Lower than expected pay.I was a manager in training (mit) and they started me at $12/hr. I was required to work at least 8 hours of overtime per week, but had to put in 50-60 hours to earn a decent check. I completed the program in about a year and was offered a store with a base of $34k (annual salary with no overtime). I turned it down and left shortly thereafter. We were open the same hours as the mall...10-9 M-F, 10-8 Sat, 12-5 Sun.

Tons of favoritism. I am always at the top in store sales rankings yet I only get 4 hours a week. Dishonest and extremely unprofessional management. Sales associates are treated like dirt. Management will tell sales associates to do whatever the management doesn't want to do while the management sits there and texts or talks on the phone to friends. Terrible training. My first day I got brought in on a Saturday (busiest time) and was immediately out on the sales floor selling products that I hadn't been trained to sell.
