Pros

Always changing environment, business manager, ability to build your own sales team,

Cons

No open discussion about future growth...its always a wait and see situation...you get short notice of and even less time to consider promotional opportunities before a decision has to be made. Labor hours are continuously lowered, yet expectations increase.

Pros

Busy Season is where the money is at. Upbeat atmosphere.

Cons

Store management is terrible. Small box retail where the company cares all about sales and not the individual. No breaks ever. Long open to close shift. Terrible pay

Pros

Great room to gain customer service skills and money handling.

Cons

There is no room to grow. Not speaking for other locations but the one I was employed at had a lot of favoritism. Hours get very low and since each locations must employ a certain amount of employees hours shared are scarce.
