Pros

You get to work with young people that all have the same goal as you. This way, you get a real sense of teamwork and unity.

Cons

You have to touch a lot o people's feet which can get gross if you are not a feet person. Also, you have to deal with the occasional disgruntled customer.

Pros

- Discount is pretty good. - Fairly easy to get employed. - Training and getting used to the environment is relatively quick.

Cons

- More focused on "extra" sales (accessories) than actual shoe sales. - Management wasn't all that great. - Sales down = tension within the store.
