Pros

Great staff and great people to work with. They provide a great foundation of sales and employee development that i have carried over to other positions. The product training and special meetings with vendors allowed the individual to understand how the product was built and marketed. Great staff and great people to work with. Cons

There were some scheduling conflicts and sometimes the individuals hired would not be up to standards. Pros

Good for entry-level. Good Management in Training program for under-grads and recent grads. Flexible life / work balance. Sales associates receive ongoing product training and discounts on merchandise.

Cons

Retail hours which you must work into your life. Pay is typically low , dependent upon location. Like most retail positions , it is not mentally challenging or rewarding. Boredom can become an issue.
