      Pros

      Get to wear shorts and sneakers to work. Lots of spiffs if you know the right people.

      Cons

      Relocation. Why do you want someone to move somewhere that they don't know anyone. I know why so they can work 6 days a week and have no life.

      Pros

      Environment...you'll love the people you work with and the guests that come in that you help. You definitely learn alot about sales goals and expectations.

      Cons

      The company is alot of talk and no action, promises not kept, and so on. Relocation is a joke, they give you two choices in the DM's district and they are both in B.F.E. and if you dont take it they'll tell you that you'll get demoted

      Good First Job if you are still in high school and need some extra cash

      Pros

      The latest you will work till is 10. 30 percent discount off everything in the store. Get to wear jeans and shorts to work. Get to learn alot about the latest shoes. Helps develop people skills and communicating with others.

      Cons

      Not enough hours to make decent pay. No room for moving up in the company. Must meet minimum selling standards. No commission or any other perks for doing well. Upper level management is incompetent. Regional Manager is incompetent and thinks he's better than everyone
