      ok place to work if you are in highschool

      Pros

      If you like working with shoes, and everyday customers you may enjoy this place.

      Cons

      Can be frustrating trying to make goals that aren't realistic. Also, gets old trying to sell people things that they don't want to buy. Compensation was not exactly amazing either, this would be better as a part time job.

      Great staff and great people to work with. They provide a great foundation of sales and employee development that i have carried over to other positions. The product training and special meetings with vendors allowed the individual to understand how the product was built and marketed. Great staff and great people to work with.
