Pros

Great for learning how to sell item. Also a great stepping stone for a overall selling job.

Cons

I was promised managment 2 times and both times they brought someone else in to fill the position. Also pay raises were supposed to be based on selling performance, but every time raises came around i was bumped the same as everyone else even though my selling average was 2 times as much.

Pros

the people are nice, alot of hours, able to transfer stores if needed (which helped me when i went away to college), nice discount, easy interview

Cons

everything revolved around selling accessories, if you can't sell an insole or a hat, then your store hours are in jeopardy. Also because we were located in a mall, theft was common in the morning when we only had two people working.
